Martin has over 30 years experience as a senior level executive driving growth strategies, and successfully implementing both tactical and strategic plans. His firm offers a wide range of services including the development and implementation of formal business plans, revenue growth and expansion strategies, operating budgets and forecasting, cash flow and cash management, financial modeling, cost control and analysis, benchmarking and team building.

  
Jim is a past member of the Sarasota Chapter of SCORE, serving on the Executive Committee, is a Certified Business Analyst with the Small Business Development Corp. through the State College of Florida, is certified with Profit Mastery through the University of South Florida, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Loveland Center, Venice, FL.
